Hornby Hobbies sought an improved email sequencing campaign to drive cross-sells and community engagement among new customers. We developed a strategy focused on the emotional connection of their existing "Unplugged" theme, highlighting the joy of tactile, shared experiences. The visual and copy tone was human, expert, and warmly nostalgic, customised for their five distinct brands.


The project involved elevating the email design with imaginative product settings and new graphic elements, complemented by subtle commercial cues. This entire approach was executed via a 3-stage automation flow featuring essential segmentation by brand for personalised customer outreach.
